We want you to be completely satisfied with Dmeals. If you're not happy, we have a straightforward refund policy. No hidden clauses, no runarounds.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Not satisfied with your paid plan? Get a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No questions asked. This applies to your first subscription payment only.

Refund Scenarios

Eligible for Full Refund
  • First-time paid subscription within 30 days
  • Service outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours
  • Duplicate/accidental payment (within 7 days)
  • Unauthorized charge on your card (reported within 48 hours)
  • Technical issue that prevents core functionality and our team cannot resolve within 7 days
Partial Refund (Prorated)
  • Cancellation after 30 days but before next billing cycle — refund for unused days
  • Downgrading from a higher plan — prorated difference refunded
  • Enterprise plan early termination — refund for remaining months minus 10% processing fee
Not Eligible for Refund
  • Free plan (no payment was made)
  • Second or subsequent subscription renewal (after 30-day window)
  • Account terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Issues caused by customer's internet, device, or browser
  • Refund requested more than 60 days after payment

How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to billing@dmeals.in with your registered email and order/payment ID.

Include Details

Mention: reason for refund, registered email, restaurant name, payment amount, date of payment, and payment method used.

We Review

Our billing team reviews your request within 2 business days. We may contact you for additional information.

Refund Processed

Once approved, refund is initiated within 5-7 business days. Credit to original payment method (UPI: 3-5 days, Card: 5-10 days, Bank Transfer: 7-10 days).

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard:

Path: Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan

What happens when you cancel?

Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan. All your data is preserved for 90 days.

Can I reactivate?

Yes! Within 90 days, you can resubscribe and your data will be exactly as you left it. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted.

Annual plan cancellation

For annual plans, you can cancel anytime. A prorated refund for remaining months will be processed (minus any applicable fees if beyond 30-day window).
